Replacement Window

We offer a 3‑day replacement window from the date of delivery for eligible products.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable for damaged or wrong products reported within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video and a brief working video are compulsory to validate the claim.

Process

1. Raise a request with order ID, photos, and videos within 24 hours.
2. We will arrange pickup or share return address, as applicable.
3. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund is released within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Non‑returnable Items

• Opened or partially used consumables (ink/toner) unless DOA.
• Damage due to improper handling or installation not performed by us.
• Missing accessories, original packaging, or serial/IMEI tampering.
